A continuous dialogue
To run a business within the field of LSS (The Act of Support and Service to some functionally impaired) means to engage in an ongoing dialogue. The inner circle means handles the individual him/herself, relatives, next of kin/ trustee and the Solhaga representative. The outer circle is about the contacts with the Municipality, County Council, County Administrative Board, Social Board, practitioners and other experts, all in all to secure the rights of the individual, and his / her chances to obtain a good and well functioning every day life.
